Andreas Dünow
Founder “The Potential Developers”
As a potential developer, I “lift the gold in people's minds,” as thought leader Frithjof Bergmann has already put it. I want to discover the hidden talents, motivations and challenges of employees and their companies, make them visible and develop their potential. To secure the future of the German Mittelstand.
My journey: from top talent in a large German industrial company to managing a DAX subsidiary to become a potential developer. For many years now, I have been assisting talents and medium-sized companies in their future development.
Bent Neumann
Founder “The Potential Developers”
I love people and what they can do together. I am passionate about helping employees bring their full potential to companies. I know from my own experience that it is we who stand in our own way. When internal resistance is resolved, self-confidence, courage and creative power are created.
My path: from managing director in my early 20s to successes and failures, I got to know leadership in a very practical way — and to use my experience as a potential developer. Giving younger talents what I missed in the beginning motivates me every day.

Christian Berger, Managing Director @GWE Gesellschaft für Wärme- und Energietechnik GmbH & Entract Energy GmbH
“During my time at BerlinTalents, I have matured into a leader and have understood how to involve my environment in change processes and, in addition to focusing on figures, data and facts, I also radiate warmth and empathize with my environment. What impressed me the most was how I was able to motivate my environment more and more to take responsibility for their own actions and a successful future.”
Sabine Bürmann, Organizational & People Development @Diehl Aviation
“The long-standing cooperation with Die Potentialentwickler is characterized by a high degree of trust and flexibility: for many years, we have had our talents (national and international) qualified as self-responsible and co-entrepreneurial multipliers of cultural change as part of the Aviation Pioneers Program. The program is reflected together annually and adapted to the needs of the organization. It is always exciting to see how our pioneers leave their mark on the organization in order to make culture tangible and tangible.”
Jan Trommershausen, Managing Director @AEMtec GmbH
“We have already sent employees to the Talents Program several times. In this way, as SMEs, we can specifically promote our potential, provide them with tools and prepare them for further tasks. Our employees found this motivating and they were able to use the resulting contacts and skills very well for their development. ”
Inga Pflug, Head of HR Learning & Development @thyssenkrupp Marine Systems
“I have known and appreciated the potential developers for many years for their valuable and creative talent management programs, which create a real impact. We have included important elements from the portfolio in our talent journey and are very satisfied with how it went. It can continue like this!”
Miriam Dittert, Head of Human Resources @Elevion Group Germany
“As part of our expansion in the German market, it is important to make our “2nd row” fit for the challenges of the future. We rely on the valuable support of Die Potentialentwickler, with whom we have set up a talent journey over 12 months. Our participants and decision makers from the participating companies are very positive and see the valuable developments in talent.”
René Wrobel, Head of Customer Acquisition Berlin @BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme AG
“We have been fans of Die Potentialentwickler for many years. Our Talents can network across their own company borders and at the same time grow in their personalities. I am seeing great developments among participants, some of which have exceeded my expectations. And in doing so, I can also learn something new as a sender.”
Jens Goldmund, CEO @Elevion Engineering & Energy Solutions
The potential developers are already accompanying me in many of my professional situations. I enjoy this long-standing collaboration on several levels: I see talents grow and commit themselves to greater things, I see trusting networks emerge and I see highly motivated people who actively shape the strategic development of the company. That means we develop together what is important tomorrow! All this paired with the great spirit of the team from Die Potentialentwickler just makes me say: “Thank you for being by our side!”
Magdalena Böck, Managing Director/CEO @Adalogic GmbH
“Thanks to my participation in a cross-company qualification by Die Potentialentwickler, I have built up a valuable network of like-minded people. Sharing and learning together with others is invaluable to me. Without the methods and tools I have learned, I would not be able to do my job so successfully today.”
